Preparation:
Complex preparation is not required, but it is important that the rectum is empty. As a rule, it is recommended to perform a glycerin microenema/suppository a few hours before the examination (according to the doctor's instructions). Avoid heavy meals and hard-to-digest foods on the day of the examination. If you are taking medication, continue taking it as usual, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Tell your doctor about any allergies, chronic diseases or anticoagulant treatments.
