Package Composition

Complete Blood Count (CBC), without ESR - helps assess the child’s overall health status and may reveal signs of inflammation, anemia, or other hematological abnormalities.
Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR) - an additional marker that may indicate the presence of an inflammatory process in the body.
Urinalysis with Sediment Examination - helps evaluate the condition of the urinary system and may detect signs of infection, inflammation, or metabolic disturbances.
Coprogram (Stool Analysis) - a comprehensive stool examination that provides information about digestion, nutrient absorption, and the functional state of the gastrointestinal tract.
Initial Otorhinolaryngologist (ENT) Consultation - evaluates the ears, nose, and throat and may identify conditions that affect hearing, breathing, or upper respiratory tract health.
Initial Neurologist Consultation - assesses neurological development, coordination, reflexes, and nervous system function.
Initial Pediatrician Consultation - provides an overall assessment of the child’s health, physical development, and individual healthcare needs.

Procedure
The package includes the collection of biological samples for laboratory testing and consultations with medical specialists. During the assessment, major body systems and functions are evaluated, and the results are used to develop personalized recommendations for further monitoring and healthcare management.

Preparation

For Blood Testing
Blood collection is recommended in the morning.
The child may drink plain water before the test. It is advisable to avoid heavy meals and intense physical activity on the day before sample collection.

For Urine Testing
The first morning urine sample should be collected after proper personal hygiene.
The sample must be collected in a sterile container, avoiding contact with the inside of the container or lid.
The specimen should be delivered to the laboratory as soon as possible after collection.

For Stool Analysis (Coprogram)
The stool sample should be collected in a clean, dry, dedicated container.
The use of laxatives, rectal suppositories, or enemas should be avoided before collection unless otherwise instructed by a physician.
The sample must not be contaminated with urine or water and should be delivered to the laboratory according to the provided instructions.
