In postmenopause, such Doppler characteristics are not considered a normal variant. The absence of an organized vascular pattern and the presence of pathological blood flow require mandatory exclusion of endometrial pathology, primarily neoplastic processes. Doppler ultrasound allows assessment not only of structure, but also of the nature of blood supply — moving from a visual finding to targeted diagnostic verification. Any bleeding in postmenopause is an indication for in-depth examination, not observation.
💡 At the Invitro Diagnostics branch on Ceucari Street 5/8, we have expanded the range of ultrasound diagnostic services.
