Adenotonsillectomy is a combined surgical procedure that involves the simultaneous removal of the adenoids (pharyngeal tonsils) and palatine tonsils. It is one of the most common ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat) surgeries performed in children, but it can also be indicated for adolescents or adults in cases of recurrent or complicated infections.

* Approach: Transoral (through the mouth), without external incisions

Patient Preparation:

- No food or liquids for at least 6 hours before the procedure
Procedure Details:
