Preparation:
Take with you all relevant past medical records: blood, urine, imaging reports (ultrasounds, X-rays, CT, MRI); prescriptions, discharge notes, medical records; the list of medicines you are currently taking (with doses and times). Write down the main symptoms: when they appeared, how they evolve, what makes them worse or better. If possible, also mention your personal history (chronic diseases, interventions, allergies). There is no need to fast, you can eat and drink normally, unless the doctor has asked otherwise (for example, if there are tests to come). Continue the usual treatment, do not stop the medication without the doctor's approval. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for an easy physical examination (listening to the heart, lungs, blood pressure, etc. ). If you have a fever, severe pain, dizziness or other severe symptoms, inform the medical staff immediately upon arrival.
