Preparation:
Take with you all the results of previous investigations (blood tests, CT, MRI, EEG, EMG, vascular ultrasounds, discharge sheets, medical reports). If you have a symptom diary (eg seizures, headaches, dizziness, sleep disturbances), bring it with you. Make a list of all medications and supplements you take (name, dosage, frequency). Note the main symptoms, when they appeared and how they progress. Specify factors that trigger or worsen them (eg stress, exertion, lack of sleep). Consider neurological or cardiovascular disease in the family. Prepare information about your chronic diseases and surgeries. Avoid drinking alcohol 24 hours before the visit. If possible, do not take pain relievers right before the consultation (they can change the clinical picture). Wear comfortable clothing that allows mobility and reflexes to be examined.
