Comprehensive ultrasound for women - includes evaluation of the thyroid gland, mammary glands, abdominal organs, and the urogenital system. The examination allows simultaneous assessment of multiple anatomical regions, detection of inflammatory processes, structural changes, cysts, nodules, and other pathological changes at early stages.
Indications

Procedure / duration
- performed using an ultrasound probe
- includes sequential examination of:

- urogenital system (uterus, ovaries, urinary bladder)
- may be performed transabdominally and/or transvaginally, depending on indications
- procedure duration is usually 30–60 minutes

- extensive skin lesions in the examination area
- acute skin inflammatory processes
- significant discomfort during gynecological examination (for transvaginal ultrasound)

Preparation:
- for abdominal ultrasound:
- do not eat for 6–8 hours before the examination
- avoid gas-producing foods 1–2 days before the procedure
- for urinary bladder and pelvic organs:
- for transabdominal ultrasound, a full bladder is required (drink water 1–1. 5 hours before the examination)
- for mammary glands:
- the examination is preferably performed on days 5–12 of the menstrual cycle
- for the thyroid gland:
- no special preparation is required
- recommendations:
- bring previous examination results if available
- wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the examined areas
