Removal of foreign bodies from TDS, III category of complexity (without the cost of the set of disposable instruments)

Preparation:

The patient must follow a strict fasting regime 8-12 hours before the procedure. This will allow the stomach to empty and reduce the risk of aspiration (stomach contents entering the airways). The patient must inform the doctor about the presence of chronic diseases, allergic reactions and administered drugs, as they can influence the choice of anesthesia and the conduct of the procedure in general. The patient must be informed about the conduct of the procedure, possible risks and complications, and give written consent for its performance.
