Skin rejuvenation with Nd:YAG laser – 1 area (face / neck / décolletage)

1000.00 MDL

Nd:YAG 1064 nm Laser Skin Rejuvenation is a non-ablative aesthetic dermatological procedure performed using the DEKA Again PRO PLUS laser system equipped with a 1064 nm Nd:YAG laser source.

The 1064 nm wavelength allows laser energy to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin. Through controlled photothermal effects, the procedure aims to stimulate dermal remodeling processes and progressively improve skin appearance and firmness. Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser systems from the DEKA AGAIN PRO family are intended, among other dermatological and aesthetic indications, for the treatment of wrinkles.

The procedure is non-ablative, meaning that it does not involve the controlled removal of the superficial skin layer, which is characteristic of ablative laser treatments.

The procedure includes treatment of one anatomical area: face, neck, or décolletage.

The treatment area and procedure parameters are determined individually according to skin characteristics and treatment objectives.

Purpose of the Procedure

The procedure aims to improve skin quality and appearance through controlled photothermal effects at the dermal level. It may be used to reduce the appearance of fine lines, improve skin firmness, and support cutaneous remodeling.

Indications

  • wrinkles and fine lines;
  • reduced skin firmness and elasticity;
  • age-related skin changes;
  • the need for overall improvement in skin appearance and texture;
  • non-ablative skin rejuvenation of the face, neck, or décolletage.

The indication and treatment protocol are determined individually following a skin assessment.

Contraindications

The procedure should not be performed or may require postponement or further specialist evaluation in the following situations:

  • active infections or acute inflammatory lesions in the treatment area;
  • wounds or impaired skin integrity in the treatment area;
  • active skin conditions in the treatment area;
  • recent tanning or intense sun exposure;
  • use of medications or substances with photosensitizing potential;
  • a relevant history of adverse skin reactions to laser procedures;
  • pregnancy, during which elective aesthetic procedures are generally postponed;
  • other medical conditions or treatments that, following specialist evaluation, may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Procedure

Before treatment, the specialist assesses the treatment area and skin condition and rules out any potential contraindications.

The procedure is performed using the DEKA Again PRO PLUS system and its Nd:YAG 1064 nm laser source. Laser parameters are individually selected according to the treatment area, skin characteristics, and the protocol used.

Laser energy is delivered in a controlled manner to the selected area, aiming to achieve the required thermal effect without ablating the skin surface.

The number of sessions and the intervals between them are determined individually by the specialist, depending on the indication and the skin's response to treatment.
