Preparation:
3–5 days before the procedure: Avoid drugs that can thin the blood and increase the risk of bruising: aspirin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, diclofenac), vitamin E, omega-3, ginkgo biloba, alcohol (only if your doctor has not recommended otherwise). Tell your doctor about all chronic diseases, allergies and treatments you are taking. Do not do other invasive aesthetic procedures (deep peels, laser, microdermabrasion). On the day of the procedure: Come with clean skin, no make-up, creams or lotions. Do not drink alcohol, coffee or energy drinks. It is good to be rested, as stress and lack of sleep can increase local reactions. What to bring / prepare: Complete list of medications and supplements you use. If you have had adverse reactions to previous botulinum toxin injections, inform your doctor before starting the procedure.
