Regenerative Therapy with PRGF–Endoret (4 tubes)

5000.00 MDL

PRGF–Endoret® (Platelet-Rich Plasma with Growth Factors) is a patented biomedical technology that enables the isolation and concentration of growth factors and regenerative proteins from the patient’s own blood.

The obtained concentrate is injected into the affected area and helps reduce inflammation, relieve pain, improve microcirculation, and accelerate tissue regeneration processes.

Indications and treatment protocol are determined individually by the specialist depending on the pathology, location of the lesion, and therapeutic goals.

Areas of use

  • Orthopedics and traumatology — joints, tendons, ligaments
  • Dermatology — skin, scars, alopecia, rejuvenation
  • Sports medicine — recovery after sports injuries
  • Dentistry / maxillofacial surgery — oral and bone regeneration (for informational purposes only; not available in the clinic)

Indications

  • Knee osteoarthritis
  • Hip osteoarthritis
  • Plantar fasciitis (heel spur)
  • Patellar tendinitis (“jumper’s knee”)
  • Chronic Achilles tendinopathy
  • Lateral epicondylitis (“tennis elbow”)
  • Chronic inflammatory and degenerative diseases of tendons, ligaments, and joints
  • Recovery after sports injuries and musculoskeletal overload

Procedure / Duration

  • venous blood collection (approximately 18–20 ml, corresponding to 2 sterile tubes)
  • centrifugation of blood to obtain the growth factor-enriched plasma fraction (PRGF)
  • activation of the obtained preparation
  • injection into the joint, tendon, or soft tissues
  • when necessary, ultrasound guidance may be used for precision
  • procedure duration: 30–60 minutes
  • standard course: 2–3 sessions at 1-week intervals
  • maintenance sessions: every 6–12 months

Contraindications

  • active oncological diseases
  • acute local or systemic infections
  • autoimmune diseases in acute phase
  • severe anemia
  • thrombocytopenia
  • sepsis and systemic inflammatory conditions
  • viral hepatitis B or C
  • HIV infection
  • pregnancy and breastfeeding
  • severe neuropsychiatric disorders

Recovery / Restrictions

  • avoid intense physical activity in the treated area for several days
  • avoid saunas, hot baths, and overheating for 24 hours
  • mild discomfort, pressure, or sensitivity may occur at the injection site
  • symptoms usually resolve spontaneously within a few days
  • therapy may be combined with physiotherapy and kinesitherapy for optimal results

Advantages

  • use of the patient’s own biological material only
  • minimal risk of allergic reactions and immune rejection
  • absence of leukocytes reduces inflammatory response
  • standardized preparation and activation technology
  • stimulates natural tissue regeneration processes
  • helps reduce pain and inflammation
  • compatible with other treatment and rehabilitation methods
  • minimally invasive procedure with a high safety profile

Preparation:

  • It is recommended to avoid intense physical activity for 24 hours before the procedure
  • Avoid alcohol consumption for 24 hours before the procedure
  • Maintain adequate hydration (sufficient fluid intake the day before and on the morning of the procedure)
  • A heavy meal before the procedure is not recommended; a light meal is allowed 2–3 hours before the visit
  • Inform your doctor about all medications you are taking, especially those affecting blood clotting
