Medical Biologist (Microbiology Department)
Candidate Requirements:
- Completed specialized medical studies
- Diagnostic expertise in microbiology
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality management systems specific to diagnostic laboratories
- Experience working with the ISO 15189 Quality Management System
- Fluency in Romanian and Russian
- Proficiency in using PC and MS Office
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing biological samples in accordance with standards to ensure valid results
- Performing maintenance and checking the operational status of analytical equipment according to requirements
- Detecting and reporting potential errors related to equipment, reagents, control materials, or calibration that may affect result quality
