Cardiac surgeon consultation
The consultation with a cardiac surgeon is a specialized medical evaluation of patients (children, adolescents, or adults depending on indications) with suspected or confirmed heart conditions that may require surgical treatment. The cardiac surgeon assesses the structure and function of the heart and great vessels in order to determine surgical indications or the need for follow-up.
