ProSport Progress - Step 3: Reassessment at 3–4 months
ProSport Progress – Step 3: Reassessment after 3–4 months is the final stage of the sports monitoring program designed for both women and men who regularly engage in physical activity and want to evaluate their training results.
The package is recommended 3–4 months after starting or adjusting a training program and allows assessment of the long-term adaptation of the body to physical stress.
The investigations focus on metabolic and hormonal changes, the condition of key body systems, and the effectiveness of the training process.
The results help determine how successfully the body has adapted to training and, if necessary, adjust training plans, nutrition, and recovery strategies.
Indications
The package is recommended:
- 3–4 months after starting or modifying a training program
- individuals engaged in regular sports or strength training
- for evaluation of progress in strength, endurance, and muscle mass
- in case of stagnation or decline in results
- for monitoring hormonal and metabolic status during training cycles
- for evaluating nutrition and supplementation effectiveness
- as a long-term adaptation control stage
Package Contents
The package includes evaluation of:
- General health status and inflammatory processes (Complete Blood Count, ESR, CRP)

- Assessment of hormonal and metabolic adaptation
- Monitoring progress in strength, endurance, and muscle mass
- Identification of limiting factors for performance
- Evaluation of cardiovascular and metabolic risk
- Support for optimization of training and recovery
- Suitable for both women and men
Preparation:
- Blood collection is performed in the morning after 8–12 hours of fasting
- Drinking still water is allowed
