Quality control
Quality control is one of the key responsibilities of Invitro Diagnostics, ensuring the implementation of the strictest quality norms and standards. The network laboratory conducts daily internal quality control programs, while Invitro Diagnostics also participates in high-performance external programs, carried out on a monthly and quarterly basis, a practice that has been in place since the establishment of the medical laboratory.
Management system according to international standards
The competence and trust of the Invitro Diagnostics health network is demonstrated by the accreditation certificate no. LM-003, regarding the satisfaction of the requirements of the SM EN ISO 15189 standard, issued by the MOLDAC National Accreditation
National accreditation
Invitro Diagnostics Laboratory is nationally accredited by the Republican Center for External Quality Control of Laboratory Research, covering programs in biochemistry, serology, and hematology. The laboratory also holds Accreditation Certificate No. 0736 dated June 26, 2020, issued by the National Council for Health Assessment and Accreditation under the Ministry of Health, confirming compliance with the highest national standards of quality and professional competence.
Quality control
A remarkable achievement in quality assurance is Invitro Diagnostics’ participation in the external evaluation program RIQAS – Randox (UK). Within this program, Invitro Diagnostics performed RIQAS quality control across several areas: immunology, clinical chemistry, hematology, and coagulation. The RIQAS – Randox external program evaluates laboratory performance by comparing results with those from approximately 4,000 laboratories worldwide. External quality control is conducted through blind testing of control materials throughout the year, with results submitted to the program coordinator at Randox, an independent organization not involved in laboratory operations. The high-quality parameters recorded by Invitro Diagnostics enabled the laboratory to receive the RIQAS – Randox accreditation certificate, confirming the performance and reliability of the medical services provided.
