Preparation:
Please bring all laboratory tests, ultrasounds, imaging investigations, discharge notes or results of previous consultations. If you are undergoing treatment, prepare a list of the medicines you are taking or bring their boxes/blisters. It is generally not necessary to come in on an empty stomach unless you have been told that blood tests will be done on the same day. If you just follow the advice, you can eat normally. We recommend that you wear loose clothing that can be easily removed for examination of the chest and abdomen. Write down the main symptoms (time of onset, duration, factors that aggravate or relieve them). You can also prepare the questions you want to ask the doctor. Do not stop the treatments without the doctor's recommendation. If you are going to have tests, ask in advance if it is necessary to temporarily suspend some medicines (eg: anticoagulants, supplements, vitamins).
