Profile of IgA/G-antibodies to endomysium, gliadin GAF-3X
The test is used to diagnose gluten-sensitive enteropathy (celiac disease). The following risk groups should also be tested:
- In patients with atypical symptoms (infertility, osteoporosis). 
- Patients with diseases associated with celiac disease and associated with the HLA system (DZ type 1, autoimmune hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis). 
- In patients with genetic diseases associated with celiac disease (IgA deficiency, down syndrome). 
- Close relatives of patients with celiac disease. 
Food
- A blood sample is taken on an empty stomach. The last food intake should be at least 8 hours before you visit our center for tests.
- Do not smoke at least an hour before the tests.
Recommendations
- We recommend you to avoid strenuous activities before testing. During 10-20 minutes - during the collection of the analysis, try to relax.
- Postpone the tests immediately after paraclinical studies (roentgen, TC, MRI) and physiotherapy procedures. They can affect test results.

- For highly accurate results, we recommend that you visit the Invitro Diagnostics collection center from 7: 30 a. m. to 11: 00 a. m.
